Distance Learning Platform for King's College London

Working with the Defence Studies Department of King's College London based at Joint Services Command and Staff College, Corvita were tasked with creating a distance learning platform that would deliver course material to military organisations across the world.

Corvita went up against several very reputable agencies and software companies in bidding for the work, and so we were delighted to be chosen as the partner of choice for this project.

Our expertise has helped guide the project from a fledgling idea through to a platform that delivers teaching material and assesses students understanding of the subject, and to date, the feedback has been unanimously positive. The motivation behind the project was increased exposure for the subject as a whole, but equally the ability to share and foster a greater understanding of military ethics, with the course material being offered free to anyone, anywhere.

The platform also continues to evolve, and as more content becomes available and more languages are required, those responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the platform can easily manage the extra data.

Corvita have been providing online software development platforms to a wide range of companies who strive for greater efficiency and cost management, and this application is a great example of the size and scope that we are able to deliver.
