Corvita collaborated with Compass Ethics to develop the Policing Compass EthiCards, an innovative ethics training tool tailored for law enforcement professionals. Building upon a proven military ethics training framework, this project aimed to enhance ethical awareness and decision-making within policing environments. The Policing Compass EthiCards are designed to help police officers navigate complex ethical dilemmas encountered in their duties. The tool comprises 52 cards, each presenting real-life scenarios to prompt critical thinking, discussion, and reflection. The objective is to guide officers through nuanced situations, promoting essential values and approaches in policing.
